Job summary
Lead and manage the QA function for Oracle Fusion applications (ERP, HCM, SCM, etc.) Develop and execute comprehensive QA strategies test plans and test cases for Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations and upgrades Design implement and maintain automated testing frameworks using tools like Selenium Oracle Application Testing Suite OATS or Oracle Test Automation OAT Collaborate with developers business analysts and project managers to understand requirements ensure test coverage Oversee integration system regression UAT testing phases Manage test environments coordinate test data setup Analyze results log defects track issues to resolution using tools like JIRA HP ALM or TestRail Ensure best practices compliance company policies industry standards Provide leadership mentorship performance management team members Monitor report quality metrics KPIs stakeholders Drive continuous improvement in coverage efficiency reliability
