As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Sales and Marketing Engineer to join our team and contribute to our success story.

Role and Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the PEB sector.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and contractors.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design tailored PEB solutions that meet clients' needs.
Prepare and present compelling proposals, presentations, and technical documentation.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and potential growth areas.
Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and reach.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our PEB offerings.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle and beyond.
Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the PEB division.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. MBA is a plus.
Proven experience in sales and marketing within the construction or PEB industry.
Strong technical understanding of Pre-Engineered Buildings and construction processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and customer requirements to drive sales strategies.
Selfmotivated and goaloriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
Willingness to travel as required.
