We are Hiring

TAD GLOBAL BRANDING is searching for talented digital designers to create interactive online content that includes static and video creatives. You'll be responsible for producing content that matches the brand ideologies and aesthetics that also includes social media graphics, website banners, online content including banner advertisements, artwork, social media graphics, interactive web content and promotional artwork

Digital Graphic Designer Responsibilities:

Ensuring consistency in designs and content across all company platforms.
Reviewing product positioning and online marketing content to identify room for improvement.
Working with the IT department to oversee the smooth implementation of new content.
Providing advice and guidance on the aesthetic for campaigns, projects, and promotional events.

Responsibilities
Below are some of the responsibilities a Digital graphic designer is expected to assume in their position:

Create and design various materials for digital and print
Select colors, fonts, images, and layouts
Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner with a quality product
Advise best practices and optimizations throughout design projects.
Collaborate with fellow designers to develop new approaches for creating moreexpressive graphics and videos for the brand
Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software
Establish creative direction for the company within brand guidelines
Manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
Implement feedback and changes whenever possible
Create visualizations that convey accurate messaging for the project.

Job Qualifications and Skill Sets

Bachelor's degree or higher in a creative field
Proficiency in programs such as Adobe Suite, Photoshop, Adobe Premier, InDesign, QuarkXPress, and Illustrator
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Minimum of two years experience in graphic design
Attention to detail
Portfolio of work with a wide range of creative projects
Strong analytical skills
Time management and organizational skills
Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred
Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web
Experience with both print and digital media
