Join our team at The Retreat Hotel as a Customer Support Representative. We're seeking a skilled individual to provide exceptional customer service and manage ticketing processes efficiently. Responsibilities include addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.


Key Responsibilities:

Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Manage ticketing system to track and resolve guest issues.

Assist guests with reservations, check-in/out procedures, and other inquiries.

Liaise with hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.

Maintain knowledge of hotel services and amenities to provide accurate information to guests.

Handle guest feedback and complaints with empathy and strive for satisfactory resolutions.


Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the hotel industry.

Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask.

Proficiency in ticketing systems or customer support software.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.


Salary:
₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
