Job Summary:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or leads generated through marketing efforts.
  • Understand and communicate the features, benefits, and unique selling points of our products or services effectively.
  • Listen to customer needs and tailor sales pitches to match their requirements.
  • Engage in consultative selling by asking questions, addressing objections, and offering solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with customers in the CRM system.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and strategies for improving sales performance.
  • Continuously update product knowledge to stay informed about new features or offerings.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing post-sale inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers.
  • Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Education:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus.


Working Conditions:


  • The role is primarily officebased and involves working with a computer and phone systems.
  • May require occasional overtime or weekend work during peak sales periods.
