Description
Responsible for Collection covering TPA,Empanelment, Corporate/PSU and Panel i.e. ECHS, CGHS, different government Yojana etc.
- Collects and verifies TPA card, Photo ID card or insurance policy at the admission desk while the patient starts receiving necessary medical treatment.
- Counseling patients on their Health Insurance/Claims.
- Forwards the completed forms to the concerned TPA by mail within 24 hours of hospitalization of the patient.
- Help Hospital Administrator to handle medical Scrutiny.
- Provide opinion for Health Insurance claims.
- Maintaining & Ensuring SOP & protocols.
- Processing of cashless requests & Mediclaim documents.
- Keep close eye for insurance patient billing, Packages and other billing process.
- Actively responds to any query/additional information asked by the concerned TPA regarding the patient.
- Coordination with Pharmacy department /billing department and other departments of hospitals related to TPA.
- Overall knowledge of panel business and support wherever required.
- Provide Medical opinion for Health Insurance Claims.
- Understanding of Policy terms & conditions & Various Protocols / Guidelines.
- VIP Claims Processing and TAT Maintenance.

₹10, ₹12,000.00 per month
