Benefits Administration:
- Assist employees with inquiries related to benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
- Coordinate the enrolment and termination of employee benefits.
Training and Development:
- Help organize and coordinate training programs for employees.
- Support employee development initiatives and track training progress.
Employee Relations:
- Address basic employee inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with HR team members to promote a positive work environment.
- Monitoring daily and hourly attendance and making the note of the same for accounting documentation and payroll purpose.
Accounts Assistant Responsibilities:
