  • Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements related to employee documentation.

Benefits Administration:


  • Assist employees with inquiries related to benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
  • Coordinate the enrolment and termination of employee benefits.

Training and Development:


  • Help organize and coordinate training programs for employees.
  • Support employee development initiatives and track training progress.

Employee Relations:


  • Address basic employee inquiries and concerns.

Accounts Assistant Responsibilities:

timings : 10:00 am to 6:00 PM looking for individual who is also flexible with timings.


Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
