Role description

As an International Voice Process professional at iEnergizer, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer service calls in a prompt and professional manner.

The role is based in Noida, India but it is a hybrid role that offers some remote work flexibility.


Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Customer-oriented mindset with a pleasant and professional phone manner
Willingness to work in flexible shifts and schedules
Basic computer proficiency, with experience using Windows-based systems and Microsoft Office Suite
A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred but not required
