Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Assist in developing and implementing product strategies to meet company objectives.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful product launches.
Monitor and analyze product performance, sales, and market feedback.
Support the development of marketing materials and campaigns for assigned products.
Engage with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and distributors, to gather insights and enhance product positioning.
Work closely with the sales team to provide product training and support.
Keep abreast of industry developments and regulatory requirements.
Contribute to product lifecycle management, from conceptualization to discontinuation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
13 years of experience in a product management or marketing role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the pharmaceutical sector.
Selfmotivated with a proactive approach to problemsolving.
Familiarity with pharmaceutical product development and lifecycle management.

Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
