Job Title:
Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Training Instructor


Job Summary:


We are seeking a qualified and experienced EMS Training Instructor to provide Basic

Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ALS) training for Ambulance Pilots

and Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs). The instructor will play a critical role in

ensuring that our EMS personnel receive the necessary skills and knowledge to provide

efficient and effective emergency medical care. This position requires expertise in

emergency medicine, strong instructional abilities, and a commitment to upholding the

highest standards of patient care.

Responsibilities:


1.

Curriculum Development:
Design, develop, and update comprehensive BLS and ALS


training programs for Ambulance Pilots and EMTs, incorporating the latest medical

protocols, best practices, and regulatory guidelines.

2.

Training Delivery:
Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, including both


theoretical and practical components, to educate Ambulance Pilots and EMTs on BLS

and ALS procedures, emergency response protocols, patient assessment, and medical

equipment operation.

3.

Skills Training:
Instruct and guide Ambulance Pilots and EMTs in the acquisition and


practice of essential life-saving skills, such as CPR, airway management, cardiac

defibrillation, intravenous access, and advanced medical interventions.

4.

Simulation Exercises:
Organize and facilitate realistic simulation exercises to allow


emergency scenarios. Provide constructive feedback and debriefing to enhance

performance and learning outcomes.

5.

Documentation and Evaluation:
Maintain accurate training records and


documentation of each participant's progress. Evaluate trainees' performance through

assessments and examinations, ensuring compliance with training standards and

identifying areas for improvement.

6.

Continuous Improvement:
Stay abreast of the latest developments and advancements


in emergency medicine, resuscitation techniques, and medical equipment. Continuously

update training materials and methodologies to align with current industry practices

and regulatory requirements.

7.

Equipment Management:
Ensure the proper maintenance, functionality, and


availability of training equipment, manikins, and simulation tools. Coordinate with

relevant departments to procure necessary supplies and equipment.

8.

Collaboration:
Collaborate with other EMS training instructors, medical


professionals, and relevant stakeholders to coordinate training schedules, share best

practices, and promote a culture of excellence in emergency medical care.

Qualifications:


1.Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc Nursing) or equivalent degree from a recognized

institution.

2.Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in emergency medicine, critical care, or a

related field.

3.Current certification as a BLS and ALS provider (e.g., American Heart Association

ACLS and BLS Instructor certification).

4.Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs for healthcare

professionals.

Strong knowledge of BLS and ALS protocols, emergency medical procedures, and

patient assessment techniques.

5.Excellent instructional and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey

complex medical concepts to diverse learners.

Proficiency in conducting simulation exercises and utilizing simulation equipment.

6.Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle

multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

7.Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care and

safety.

8.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented

environment.

Flexibility to adapt to changing training needs and schedules.

9.Understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to EMS

training.

Salary:
₹250, ₹350,000.00 per year
