Description
Generating sections through benchmarking, modifying the panels as per new styling.

  • Updating existing CAD models by making new proposals and checking Section feasibility.
  • Checking for assembly feasibility and tooling accessibility.
- reviewing the CAD data with manufacturing team for better tooling and Gun accessibility

  • Designing mounting brackets on BIW to accommodate trims (plastic components) and some electrical components.
  • Generating Spot Weld plan for all BIW sub level and cubic assemblies.
  • Communicating and delivering data to Supplier and Sourcing Team for Product development.
  • Making Installation drawings for mounting brackets.

Required Competency:

Surface Modelling Experience,CATIA


Experience:
4 to 15 Years (Hiring for Sr. Engineer/Asst.
Manager/Manager)


Location:
Chennai.
