Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Product Development Engineer I to join our dynamic engineering team at Phenom People.

As a PDE I, you will play a crucial role in the development and enhancement of our cutting-edge talent management platform.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new features and functionalities that will revolutionize the way organizations attract, engage, and retain top talent.

What you've to do:

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand product requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Design, develop, and test new features and functionalities for our talent management platform.
Troubleshoot and debug technical issues in a timely manner.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our product.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.
Work in an agile environment and deliver highquality code within tight deadlines.

**Work Experience

What you've done

2+ years of Software Development experience in Core Java, MongoDB, Algorithm, Data Structures, Design Patterns.,
Strong experience with Micro services and distributed systems.
Experience in defining architecture and leading teams in design & development
Experience with Cloud (AWS and Azure) deployments
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Able to thrive in a fastpaced environment
Engineering Graduates / Post-Graduates from premier institutions are preferred. Graduates from IIT, BITS, & NIT are preferred.
More than 2 years of hands on product engineering experience.
