He/she should have Auditing experience.

  • He/she should be having good exposure to Project management tools
  • He/she should schedule and drive the calls with the finance and Delivery team to understand to project nature, revenue, cost, scope, duration, etc.
  • Based on the project criteria, He/she should schedule Startup reviews with Engagement managers and Delivery managers to educate and provide guidance on Capgeminispecific tools.
  • Provide a brief session to Engagement managers to understand the targeted Contribution Margin % of the project and discuss the ways to achieve the same.
  • Works directly with IT Senior Managers and/or more senior Project Managers.
  • Work with Engagement managers on the improvement of Project Contribution Margin.
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Providing administrative support as needed
  • Create Job aids and Process documents whenever required.
  • Conducts training to Senior Managers and Delivery Managers on usage of pricing tools, Financials, Contribution Margin Improvement, and Capgemini tools.
  • Should have good analytical skills.
  • Should work with a team and as Individual Contributor.

Primary Skills

  • Bachelors in any stream with PMBOK knowledge, PMP/Prince 2/CSM/CAPM is an add on.
  • Experience with Project management tools MSP/SharePoint (JIRA /Confluence ).

Secondary Skills

  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Good management skills.
  • Good Presentation skills
