Job Description:

This is the lead position in Captive Procurement function for supporting the Global lease category portfolio.

The incumbent is expected to have minimum 5 -7 years of relevant industry experience, specifically in the areas such as Real estate / Office leasing, etc.

This position is based out of Mumbai and will operate in Hybrid model of working.


Sourcing Support to Global lease category manager

  • Manage and tracking lease renewals and new leasing requirements (RFP's)
  • Analyze the bids, prepare comparative statements and provide the feedback
  • Establish effective relationships with the LL's and brokers / International property consultants (IPC's) to obtain proposals and lease premises options.
  • Project Management and Program management approach is essential while managing multiple requirements at a time.
  • Engaging internally within WNS for various inputs and collaborate with cross functions to understand the infrastructure standards, acceptable risk mitigations, HSE standards while managing the requirements.
  • Interact/liaise and maintain relationships at a Senior/Executive level.
  • Maintain and improve the MIS required for lease contracts.
  • Manage and ensure completion of documentation requirements (LOI, Lease Contracts, Leave & License Agreements etc.)
  • Create a good knowledge repository.
  • Work with various support teams within the function for P2P (procure to pay) process.
  • Work with category leaders to derive negotiation strategies and plan annual savings commitments.

  • Contract review (Knowledge of legal terms in lease contracting)

Strong understanding of the Real estate domain.

  • Strategic planning, execution of tasks as per plan, category management and contract management are essential skills.
  • Expertise to include, amongst others, Procuretopay, Sourcetopay, Master Data Management, Reporting, Analytics, Market Intelligence.
  • Ability to lead teams in the procurement space.
  • Strong collaborator with cross functional teams & people,
  • Excellent client relationship skills.
  • A track record of strong performance in Sourcing and Procurement space.
  • Ability to deal with high levels of complexity.
  • Data driven action orientation, with strong reporting, data analysis, presentation skills, and organizational abilities.
  • Must have worked in a Service /ITES environment for at least 5 years.
  • Negotiation and Effective communication skills are mandatory.

Qualifications:

Relevant post graduate degree in Business Management or Commerce/ Sciences / Engineering.
