Job Summary:


Perform and support activities related to planning (material and/or production) area, such as planning, process and inventory control, monitor compliance of the production schedule in order to meet the agreed deadlines and miximize the production flow and/or forecasted production volumes and consumption needs of the factory.


What you will do:


  • Maintain Master Data in APO and SAP
  • Monthly rolling forecast to supplier
  • Place order/call off to supplier and shipping forwarder, monitor shipments and update delivery date/qty if necessary
  • Schedule orders according factory capacity, factory project schedule, constraints, block sequence priority, order ETD request, production lead time etc
  • Create monthly optimal block plan sequence in proplanner and Cplan
  • Monitor KPIs and improve on their losses
  • Planning master data maintenance

We believe you have:


  • Customer Communication, will be coordinating with customers on frequent basis.
  • Should have experience Planning, Knowledge of TPM.
  • Experience in SCM and Procurement, Exposure in Imports and Exports (max upto 6 months), should be aware of shipment process,
  • Total 2 years experience.
