Greatings From Monotech Systems Limited, A leading provider of Printing Industry. We are looking for Call Center Management Executive for our office at Ambattur.


Kindly find the brief job description as follows: -

  • Should demonstrate sincerity, self-discipline with character & integrity.
  • Should possess good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • 3. Should be able to speak English, Tamil & Hindi fluently.
  • Should quickly learn and adapt to work with systemic approach.
  • Should log the customer calls from site inspection to service in CRM on priority.
  • Should log the Service complaints received from the Customer in CRM on priority. 7. Preparing and sending the escalation reports to concerned heads as per the instructions of Reporting Officer.
  • Should adhere to systems and policy of the company.

Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
