MIS Executive Job Description

About the role:
An MIS executive, also known as a Management Information System Executive, oversees all the organisation's information technology activities. Their duties include planning, integrating and administering all organisational computer-related activities.
Responsibilities:
- Collecting information about the technical requirements that each department must meet
- Developing and evaluating computer systems that satisfy company requirements
- Establishing frequent backups and digital databases to store data.
- Maintaining databases, archives, and filing systems up to date.
- Database monitoring, review, and error or consistency correction.
- Creating and exporting spreadsheets, documents, and data reports as necessary.
- Creating MIS documentation to facilitate efficient operations and simple system upkeep
- Ensuring the privacy of all customers, employees and company records
Requirements:
- Excellent decisionmaking abilities
- Ability to oversee multiple projects at once
- Proficiency in speaking with persons from various commercial and technology backgrounds
- Excellent practical knowledge of MIS tools, programmes, and ideas like ERP, CRM, ERP, etc.
- Excellent knowledge of MS-Excel.
- Excellent Communication skills
- Hindi and English both.

₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
