Logistics Sales Executive
This role is responsible for directing sales efforts to expand our client's customer base.
This role will be responsible for generating new business and ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded across all lines of business.
This individual should be a motivated customer sales representative with experience and an entrepreneurial spirit.Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation
- Understand and learn about products or services
- Maintain positive relationship with prospective customers
- Provide solutions to align with pain points if the various customers
- Cold callin order to reach out to customers
- Achieve sales targets
- Identify buyer persona profile in order to identify KPIs
- Maintain client database and records
- Consult various teams including sales and marketing to
- Monitor competition by gathering information on pricing/products/trends in the market
- Keep up to date with the best practices and trends in the industry
- Coordinate sales efforts with marketing and company programs
- Preparing and giving sales presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiating contracts with clients
- Manage monthend closing processes
- Build strong customer relationships to ensure they are satisfied and longlasting customers
- Receive feedback and work on it to resolve issues
- Assist with determining schedule for pricing, quotes and promotions
- Pursue new business opportunities
Fresher
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Superior phone etiquette.
- Intermediate computer skills (Excel, Word).
- Excellent interpersonal skills
