Desired Background 1. B.Com. with Tally Knowledge 2. Basic knowledge in GST & IT 3. 3 years experience IT Knowledge MS Office, Tally, ERP Software A) Purpose of the Role 1. Responsible for Tally Journal Entries for Expenses, Cash & Credit Billing, Bank Entries B) Key Deliverables 1. Responsible for creating bill for machine sold in the show room 2. Expenses Bill entry in the Tally software after due approval of bill by CEO 3. Maintenance of Petty Cash, if allotted 4. Filing of Expenses Bill in retrievable manner as per the process 5. Bank Entries and BRS Checking in the software 6. Any other data entry and other register maintenance work allotted to them by the management 7. Maintaining company data and other secrets confidential (G) Behavioral Indicators for Critical Competencies I) Accuracy 1. Any data entry being done to be ensured 100% accurate and should be not done on assumption 2. Concurrent checking of bills with vouchers at the end of the day 3. Knowing the accounting practice of the company clearly to maintain accuracy II) Process Orientation 1. Have clear process for the work being allotted 2. Ensuring self-discipline towards all the work to bring process orientation 3.

Ensuring Accounting Entries, Billing & Filing of Bills are made as per the company process and not on the own way.

4. Any process deviation by other stakeholders not to be adjusted and to be brought to the notice of Accounts Head III) Time Player & being organized 1. Have time plan for each of the work and stay tuned with it 2. Completion and reporting on time. 3. Practicing of being organized will ensure neat presentation of the work being done 4. Maintaining good communication & relationship among team members

Salary:
₹10, ₹12,000.00 per month
