We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Monitoring and Reporting Executive to join our growing team.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring transparency and accountability by monitoring and reporting on the activities, progress, and performance of our work centres.
You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data in a clear and concise manner to inform strategic decision-making by senior leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Keep detailed records of work center activities, progress and performance.
- Gather data from different sources and analyze it to spot trends and patterns.
- Create easy-to-understand reports and presentations for senior management.
- Monitor & maintain Internal reporting systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate findings effectively.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
