Responsibilities:

Informatica Products:
Power Center, Data Engineering Integration (DEI), IICS

Work with infrastructure teams to ensure an effective operating environment.
Day to day administration activities like user creation, folder creation, configuring DB connections.
Capacity planning and ongoing monitoring.
Performance and Capacity Assurance.
Tactical Planning and Planning per SDLC.
Upgrade/Install and configure the Informatica Suit products with high availability.
Perform Informatica Power Center 9x/10x System Administration and Power Exchange System Administration including Team Based Development administration /TDM /DVO /Analyst /MDM /Proactive Monitoring.
Support multiple informatica environment, production, and nonproduction.
Strong knowledge in UNIX scripting, Java, Web logic with good understanding of JMS web services.
Communicate with Informatica Global support and perform troubleshooting using PowerCenter or IDMC/IICS framework.
Troubleshooting the tickets with vendor for Informatica related products.
Experience with SaaS, PaaS, and Cloud solutions.

Qualifications:

Experience in developing, deploying, and referring system architectures and solutions interpreting complex, multiterabyte UNIX based DB2, and/or Oracle databases and data warehouses.
Strong technical writing background to create and maintain technical documentations, troubleshooting guide, standard procedure.
Familiar with ETL mapping, User Exits, Match rules.
Experience with design and/or understanding complex data models.
Experience with Oracle 11g or later is preferred.
Participating in defining Informatica standards and best practices.
Support production scheduler failures (P1 and P2)
