Responsibilities:
- Responsible for used analysis, RM and finished goods revalidation, Slop management, periodic maintenance of laboratory Instruments (including AMC) and competitor sample chemical analysis benchmarking.
- Should have proficient knowledge in handling instruments like Ferrography, FTIR, particle size analyzer, flow pressure, etc. Water condition monitoring and analysis (RO water, raw water, and process scaleup water) will be part of the roles and responsibility.
- Should be an active participant in new supplier evaluation and approval process. Knowledge on ISO audit will be an added advantage.
- Basic Knowledge of HSE
- Any other jobs as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Masters in Analytical Chemistry with 35 Years in Petrochemical/ lubricant manufacturing industry experience.
- Should have experience in QA or R& D of any reputed medium sized professionally managed batch process industry.
- Hands on experience in Testing & Analysis as per International standard (ASTM/DIN etc.) is preferred
- Exposure to ISO system on Total quality management (TQM) is preferred
