In Detail

• Communicating clearly with highlevel employees and ensuring all information transfers occur without discrepancies.
• Proficient with managing calendars, shifting meetings, reassigning dates and informing relevant authorities.
• Accounting expertise to keep a check on revenue, daily expenses, debts, invoices and additional financial factors.
• Good listening skills while noting meeting minutes and attention to detail while revising and structuring the minutes.
• Strong memory regarding the location of files, deadlines, reminders for managers and timely uploading or physical submission of governing documents
• Professional letter writing etiquette to maintain a reputable company image while writing to contractors, vendors, clients and partner companies.

Requirements:

• Applications are invited from married females only
• Should be able to travel occasionally
• It's a fulltime job based out of Kochi office
• 6 days working from 9.30am to 6.30pm, Saturdays 9.30am to 2.30pm
• All national and regional holidays will be a leave
• Additional leaves will be granted as per the company leave policies
• Must be fluent in English, Hindi & Malayalam
• Spoken and written
• Age between years
• Should possess valid driving licence for 4 wheelers
• Preferably should have experience working for large companies in a similar role
• Should possess advanced computer and technical skills

Preliminary interview will be conducted online, the final interview will happen at our Kochi Ernakulam office.

₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
