Full time ₹30,000 - ₹80,000 per year Construction / Facilities

Responsibilities:

- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and facilities to ensure optimal performance and safety.

- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to identify and resolve issues.

- Inspect and maintain building systems, including HVAC, lighting, and security systems.

- Document maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment history accurately and thoroughly.

- Assist with facility improvements, renovations, and upgrades as needed.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred.

- Proven experience in maintenance or a related field.

- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
