  • Responsible for developing the portfolio of Adhesives and Sealants' products for construction, industrial and
  • key customers and their expectations.
  • The person should be able to define a goto market strategy with the appropriate marketing mix.
  • He/she needs to have a strong performance record with the mindset of a startup business and be able to
- multitask.

  • Major responsibilities will include the following:
  • To achieve sales targets of co. products in their defined region
  • To penetrate the market by identifying new dealer's/ sub dealers/ retailers.
  • To identify and organize promotional meets, product trials, participate in exhibitions, etc.
  • Resolve all customer queries regarding product, pricing, and other commercial aspects.
  • Manage sales team members in the assigned region

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills:

  • Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline, MBA
Work Experience: 8-12 years of Sales experience

  • Preferably having worked in Adhesives/Sealants segments; alternatively having experience in allied
industries like Plywood, Glass and Hardware segments- Should have knowledge of retail sales, additionally any knowledge of industrial and project sales would be

appreciated
