- Responsible for developing the portfolio of Adhesives and Sealants' products for construction, industrial and
- key customers and their expectations.
- The person should be able to define a goto market strategy with the appropriate marketing mix.
- He/she needs to have a strong performance record with the mindset of a startup business and be able to
- Major responsibilities will include the following:
- To achieve sales targets of co. products in their defined region
- To penetrate the market by identifying new dealer's/ sub dealers/ retailers.
- To identify and organize promotional meets, product trials, participate in exhibitions, etc.
- Resolve all customer queries regarding product, pricing, and other commercial aspects.
- Manage sales team members in the assigned region
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills:
- Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline, MBA
- Preferably having worked in Adhesives/Sealants segments; alternatively having experience in allied
appreciated
- Personal attributes:
- Zeal to work hard
- Strong communication skills
- High level interpersonal and influencing skills
- Relationship building
Any Certification to be specified
Required Experience
- To achieve sales targets of Tekbond products in their defined region
- To penetrate the market by identifying new dealer's/ sub dealers/ retailers.
- To identify and organize promotional meets, product trials, participate in exhibitions, etc.
- Resolve all customer queries regarding product, pricing, and other commercial aspects.
- Manage sales team members in the assigned region
- Should have experience in selling Glass, Façade, Aluminum, ACP Panels, HPL, etc. for projects.
