Responsibilities:

Package Pickup:
Collect packages or parcels from the courier company's distribution center or designated pick-up points.

Delivery:
Safely and punctually deliver packages to customers' addresses, following prescribed routes and schedules.

Verification:
Verify the accuracy of delivery addresses and package contents before departure.

Customer Interaction:

Provide excellent customer service by delivering packages with a friendly and professional demeanor, answering basic customer inquiries, and obtaining signatures or confirmation of delivery when required.

Package Handling:
Handle packages with care to prevent damage during transportation and ensure the security of sensitive or valuable items.

Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including proof of delivery, time stamps, and any issues encountered during deliveries.

Vehicle Maintenance:
Ensure that the delivery vehicle is well-maintained, including regular checks for mechanical issues and cleanliness.

Adherence to Traffic Regulations:
Abide by all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safe driving.

Problem Resolution:
Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and report any delivery-related problems to the supervisor or dispatcher.

Safety:
Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols, including wearing appropriate safety gear and using safety equipment in the vehicle.

Qualifications:

Valid Driver's License:
A valid driver's license for the type of vehicle used (e.g., motorcycle, car, van, or truck).

Clean Driving Record:
A clean driving record with no major traffic violations or accidents in the recent past.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to lift and carry packages of varying weights, as well as the physical stamina to make multiple deliveries in a day.
