Description
Building Customer Relationships:
Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with retail
customers. Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and feedback.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
Wholesale Division Sales Support:
Collaborate with the sales team to support the growth of the
wholesale division. Assist in identifying and pursuing potential wholesale clients. Prepare sales
proposals, contracts, and quotations. Monitor and track wholesale sales activities and maintain
accurate records.
Retail Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service to retail clients through various
issues promptly and professionally. Ensure a positive and consistent customer experience across all
touchpoints.
Pay:
₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
