Description:


The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing the executive team's schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring the office runs smoothly.


Responsibilities:


  • Managing the executive team's schedules and calendars, ensuring all meetings and appointments are scheduled efficiently.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation
  • Preparing reports and presentations for the executive team
  • Managing office supplies and equipment
  • Organizing and coordinating meetings and events
  • Conducting research and providing support as needed

Skills:


  • Proven experience as a personal assistant or administrative assistant
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other software programs

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
