Key Responsibilities:
Direct Selling, Customer Support, Participation in Customer Acquisition Strategy (CAS) building etc.
Eligibility:
- Anyone of the following:
- MBA (Marketing) with more than 1 year experience of sales job (Preferably minor area in finance) OR
- Any graduate with more than 5 years of financial product sales experience OR
- Fresh MBA graduates from institutes of repute
- Extra ordinary communication skills
- Burning desire to achieve the goal

Remuneration:
Salary range is Rs.2,00,000 to Rs.5,00,000 per annum. We have very unique compensation model in which ambassador decides his/her own salary and commission.
Based on performance and time in service, a Sales Ambassador (SA) can grow his/her career with company as Individual Contributor (IC) as well as people manager.
As people manager they can grow in the role of Lead Evangelist, Regional Evangelist and Country Evangelist. All the above roles are linked to very good salary as well as performance linked perks & rewards.
**: Potentially one should be able to sell comb to bald and refrigerator to Eskimo for this position. Nevertheless, our company expects you to suggest the idea of wearing wig to bald and blanket to Eskimo and get references from them about who needs comb or refrigerator.
We believe relationship is the key to success.
Being ambassador of the company and evangelist to our customers you must have the ability to build a long term relationship.
Driving sales for financial product needs strong reasoning skill as well as perseverance to follow up the customer without tiring.
