• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities and upcoming projects.
• Prepare and submit compelling bids, proposals, and quotations to secure new projects and contracts.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop winning strategies and ensure alignment with client requirements.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and explore avenues for upselling and crossselling our services.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform bidding strategies and enhance competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential bidding opportunities through online platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and others.
• Craft persuasive and customized proposals that showcase Vasusthali Infotech's strengths, capabilities, and value proposition.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information and insights for proposal development.
• Engage with clients during the bidding process to address queries, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements.
• Track and analyze bidding performance metrics to optimize strategies and achieve targets.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as an Online Bidder or similar role in the IT industry.
• Strong understanding of online bidding platforms and techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
• Demonstrated track record of successful bid wins and revenue generation.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
