You'll make a difference by:

Coordination with Recruiter in case of any deficiency in the documentation and HR related information.
Coordination with Hiring Manager in case of DOJ movement.
Coordinating with Nexus and IT team for any technical issue.
Ensure process timelines are adhered ensuring Day 1 Readiness. Better team coordination
Proficiency in MS Office Applications like Word and Excel
Information about Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and MS Office.
Excellent English language skill Spoken & Written
Superlative interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with the new employees & Hiring Managers.

Your success is grounded in:

Have minimum 3 years' experience as an Onboarding Specialist, or a relevant HR role. Bachelors degree is the mandatory requirement.
Should be able to multitask, managing both operations activities and special projects.
Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
Ability to coordinate and complete tasks as per schedule.
Demonstrated effectiveness in working with customers.
Highly energetic and "Gogetter".
