Team Management:


  • Supervise and lead a team of housekeeping staff
  • Schedule and assign tasks to ensure efficient coverage and completion of daily cleaning responsibilities.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to ensure that staff members are wellversed in cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards.

Quality Control:


  • Inspect and evaluate the cleanliness of rooms, common areas, and other designated spaces to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  • Address and rectify any deficiencies or issues identified during inspections.
  • Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are in good working condition.

Inventory Management:


  • Oversee the inventory of cleaning supplies and linens, and coordinate with the purchasing department for replenishment.
  • Monitor and control the usage of cleaning products to minimize waste and control costs.

Customer Service:


  • Interact with guests or clients to address any specific housekeepingrelated requests or concerns.
  • Ensure that the housekeeping staff provides a friendly and professional service to guests, maintaining a positive image for the establishment.

Scheduling and Budgeting:


  • Create and manage work schedules, taking into account peak occupancy periods and special events.
  • Assist in budget planning by providing input on staffing needs, equipment requirements, and other housekeepingrelated expenses.

Health and Safety Compliance:


  • Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for housekeeping staff and guests.
  • Train staff on proper handling and disposal of cleaning chemicals and adherence to safety regulations.

Reporting and Documentation:


  • Prepare regular reports on housekeeping activities, staff performance, and any issues requiring attention.
  • Maintain records of cleaning schedules, inventory, and staff attendance.

Collaboration:


  • Collaborate with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations and address crossfunctional issues.


The Housekeeping Supervisor plays a crucial role in upholding the cleanliness and overall guest satisfaction within an establishment, contributing significantly to its reputation and success.


Salary:
₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
