    Roles &Responsibilities:1.


    Area/ Lane /GeographyMapping:Responsible for laneto lane/ Area mapping of Area/ Geography at regular intervals withthe help of supervisor. Identify new sources in the allocated Area/Geography and inform the progress to reporting manager during teamhuddle.2.


    SourceRelationshipManagement:

    Responsible formanaging the relationship with all sources assigned and identifiedby him in hisgeography/area.

    MaintainReports:Responsible formaintaining reports related to sales and all his activities in theprescribed format. Should maintain diary on daily basis in theprescribed format of activities.4.


    Channel PartnerRecruitment:

     Responsible foridentifying the need for appointment of a channelpartner5.


    TeamHuddle: Responsible forattending team huddle on a daily basis as per the setprocess
