Description
We are an eCommerce start-up, selling crystals for healing and offering wellness services.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • DAily sales and purchase entry in Tally
  • Creating customer sales invoices in Tally
  • Preparing data for GST, professional tax and TDS filing
  • Working with Accounting firm and making data required available to them
  • Collating data for Income Tax filing and coordinating with Chartered Accountant for filing IT returns
  • Internal Audits
  • Record keeping (accounting registers, bills, invoices etc.)
  • Monitoring daytoday sales and revenue collections
  • Receivables management enabling customers to make payments with ease though options of payment gateways and keeping track of pending customer installments
  • Payables management keeping track of payments to vendors and reimbursements to employees
  • Payment gateway payout settlements and reconciliation
  • Petty Cash transactions maintenance
  • Monthly payroll maintenance through payroll software
  • MIS reporting

Key Skills

  • Good knowledge of accounting and Tally or equivalent software
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Honesty and Integrity
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Confidence
  • Teamwork

Qualifications:


Salary:
₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus
