  • Monitor the daytoday transportation operations across the distribution centers among Asia Pacific to ensure meeting targets.
  • Engage with transportation service providers in the region for performance management as well as process improvements implementation to meet the target
  • Resolve logistics operational escalations and manage exceptions, working with transportation service providers and internal stakeholders to drive resolution on escalations and maintain operational excellence.
  • KPIs reporting and root cause analysis. Including logistics operational analytic work for transportation costs, service and coverage related projects and to ensure day to day transportation operations healthiness.

Good to have skill:

  • Solid experience in managing ecommerce parcel transportation service providers
  • Ability to work in a crossfunctional, fastpaced environment, and to drive complex operational initiatives
  • Ability to think and thrive in ambiguity
  • Effective communication skills, detailoriented, and execution focused
  • Excellent analytical and project administration skills
