**Position: Instructional Designer

Key responsibilities

Experience in designing learning solutions based on client requirements
Takes consultative approach to offer solutions
Has knowledge of measuring effectiveness of learning solutions
Designs solutions that are engaging and effective
Previous experience in designing for game and simulationbased learning solutions
Experience in developing bitesized learning and designing for mobile learning
Knowledge of Bloom Taxonomy and other adult learning principles
Creating proposals, design documents and development guidelines
Mentoring the content team, developing and providing training to the team
Knowledge on course development life cycle
Knowledge on US CPE standards is desirable
The role requires someone who can manage a number of concurrent activities, with strong multitasking, prioritization, organizational and time management skills.

Excellent written and oral communication skills in English

Key attributes

Exceptional communication skills
Ability to lead and work in a team arrangement
Expert technical knowledge in Microsoft Office suite
Experience in authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, and any LMS and LCMS will be beneficial
Wellversed with the latest trends and technologies in Learning and design innovative learning solutions
Experience: 12+ Years of experience
