Role Overview


The Administrative Head specializing in fee collection will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of fee management and financial transactions.


Skills Required:


Develop and implement policies and procedures for fee collection, billing, and payment processing, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.


Coordinate with academic departments, admissions, and student services to ensure accurate fee assessments and timely communication with students and parents.

Manage student accounts, including monitoring outstanding balances, issuing reminders for overdue payments, and implementing appropriate follow-up actions.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.

Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to fee management and financial transactions.
