Description

• Maintain accurate financial records for multiple outlets, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Process vendor invoices, expense reports, and other financial transactions in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions for all outlets to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, for each outlet.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support financial decisionmaking and performance evaluation.
• Monitor inventory levels and reconcile inventory records with physical counts at each outlet.
• Coordinate with store managers and regional managers to address accountingrelated inquiries and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and accounting standards across all outlets.
• Assist with yearend financial audits and tax preparation, including providing supporting documentation and liaising with auditors as needed.
• Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and standards relevant to the retail industry and ensure compliance.
• Provide support for special projects and initiatives as assigned by the finance manager or senior management.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including operations, sales, and inventory management, to optimize financial processes and drive business performance.
