    Role DescriptionThis is a full-time onsite role for a Lead Salesforce Developer located in Chennai. The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.

    The candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient, and high-performing Salesforce applications.

    Roles and ResponsibilitiesDesigning and implementing Salesforce solutions based on business requirements and best practices.
    Developing custom Salesforce applications, components, and integrations using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other relevant technologies.
    Configuring and customizing Salesforce features, including workflows, process builder, validation rules, and security settings.
    Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements and propose effective Salesforce solutions.
    Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

    Skills Required:
    Minimum of 6+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, including customization, configuration, and integration.
    Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, SOSL, and other Salesforce development tools and technologies.
    Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Lightning Web Components framework.
    Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and other integration tools.
    Salesforce Developer certification (Platform Developer I or II) is highly preferred.
    Good knowledge of JavaScript and C# language.
