Overview:


We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to teach 11th and 12th students, Subject - English and join our team.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and developmental needs of our students.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have a passion for working with children, especially those with special needs.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist the lead teacher in implementing educational programs and activities
  • Provide support to students with special needs, including those on the autism spectrum
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Collaborate with the lead teacher to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Assist with classroom management and behavior management strategies
  • Support students during instructional activities and provide oneonone assistance as needed
  • Help supervise students during recess, lunchtime, and other noninstructional periods
  • Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and other professionals involved in the student's education

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with children, particularly in a classroom setting
  • Knowledge of toddler care and early childhood development principles
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals with special needs, including those on the autism spectrum
  • Basic understanding of special education practices and strategies
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Salary:
₹ ₹300.00 per hour

Expected hours: - 3 per week
