JOB SUMMERY:


RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create visually appealing graphics and designs for a wide range of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, websites, social media posts, and digital advertisements.
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand image and visual identity across all marketing channels.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand their requirements and design graphics that effectively convey the desired message.
• Capture highquality videos showcasing properties, interiors, exteriors, amenities, and neighborhoods.
• Edit videos to create engaging and compelling content, incorporating visual effects & transitions.
• Stay uptodate with design trends, techniques, and software advancements, and make recommendations for improvement.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously meeting established deadlines and ensuring deliverables align with the company's objectives and brand standards.
• Take ownership of video creation projects by conceptualizing, planning, filming, and editing footage.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Videographer/Video Editor, preferably in the real estate or related industry is plus.

- knowledge of graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).

• Familiarity with video optimization techniques for different platforms (e.g., YouTube, social media).
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.

Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
