    Candidate Chapter LeaderBlockchain &Crypto:

    In partnership with the Chapter Leads leads in Boston Ireland andIndia help advance and support product delivery and technicalpractices including continuous integration continuous delivery andautomated testing within your team and across theorganization

    Lead the team:

    As a ChapterLead for several Squads help manage the priorities and providetechnical expertise direction and engineering excellence for theSquad.

    Act as a single point of accountability for the Engineeringpractices and ensure appropriate governance is inplace.


    Inspire Others:

    Demonstrate a deeppassion for software engineering digital asset management domain inspecific asset management domain in general and create an abilityto tap into the expertise of the engineering team.

    The Skills YouBring> Extensiveexperience designing and developing enterprise grade distributedapplication using Java/J2EE technologies. Knowhow of PL/SQL will behandy experience with AWS Cloud will be anadvantageAbility to triage and managebusiness impact due productionissue.> Understands and appliesfundamental design principles behind a scalable low latency highthroughput distributed application.>Familiar with various design and architectural patterns and theirapplication.> Champions bestpractices for various aspects of engineering excellence and apromotes DevOps mindsetRelevant experiencewith Cloud computing and emerging technologies like Blockchain DLTwill be an advantage.>You should haverelevant experience working with Agile teams and a thoroughunderstanding of SCRUM @ Scaleprinciples.>You should have theeffective influencing and communication skills to lead a highperforming technology team.
