    Design Quality Manager /CoOrdinator

    EducationalQualification

    B.E/B.Tech Electrical/Electronics

    Experience

    PreferredElectrical & Electronic Design Quality ofcomponents/systems applicable to automotive systems in 2W3W& 4W

    JobResponsibilities

    • Conceptual understanding of Design Quality Management inEEE area of functions in R&D Function.
    • Lead & Participate in CFT Interactions withInternal & External Teams such as Designers IntegratorsTesting Purchase Process Plant QA CQA Warranty Service &Suppliers
    • Prepare update & MaintainQuality Management Dash board for Reviews.
    • Tracking & analysis of External (Field Failures)/ Internal Testing Failures AIAG based 4th or VDA methodDFMEA s DVP tests Issues tracking monitoring & closures ofDesign Guidelines DRBFM analysis & Closures.
    • Proficiency in QC tools such as 7QC stories whywhyanalysis Effective Problem solving FTA 8D reports 6W2Hetc..
    • Must know Root cause analysis processfor Design/Process quality issues using QC tools and countermeasureactions such as Interim & Permanent CorrectiveActions
    • Ability to present and articulatePrecise Problem Statement with Cause & Effect QCstories
    • Participate in Design reviews FMEA(system / design) Track & Closure actions for OpenPoints
    • Knowledge on continuous system learningtools like Design Guidelines Kaizen etc.
    • Ensure horizontal deployment of countermeasures / Designprinciples / learning across products/Models
