    Description

    Responsibilities :
    Quality Control (QC) :


    • Implement and manage QC processes and procedures to ensure product quality meets standards and requirements.
    • Conduct quality inspections and audits to identify defects and deviations from specifications.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
    Project Management Office (PMO)

    Operations :

    • Support PMO operations by providing administrative and documentation support.
    • Assist in project planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting using tools such as Confluence, Jira, and SharePoint.
    • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes and action items.
    • Support project managers in resource allocation, budget tracking, and risk management activities.

    Operations Management :

    • Oversee daytoday operations to ensure smooth functioning of business processes.
    • Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains, and implement solutions.
    • Develop and maintain operational documentation, procedures, and policies.
    • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, regulations, and best practices.
    Configuration Management (CM) :


    • Manage configuration items and baselines using configuration management tools.
    • Implement and maintain version control processes for software artifacts.
    • Coordinate configuration changes and releases, and ensure proper documentation and communication.

    Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
    • Proven experience in Quality Control, Project Management Office operations, Operations management, and Configuration Management.
    • Proficiency in tools such as Confluence, Jira, Swagger, SharePoint, GitHub, or configuration management tools.
    • Experience working in a CMMI Level 5 company is preferred.
    • Strong organizational, analytical, and problemsolving skills.
    Excellent communication and collaboration skills.


    • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
