Executive Assistant TO CEO

Minimum Experience:
Min. 4 years of relevant experience

As per industry norms


Location:
Gurgaon

The profile requires close working with the CEO along with respective business heads in order to achieve strategic objectives.

The profile requires multi-tasking, ability to conceptualize, implement new processes, create - update - follow up, attention to detail, working under stringent deadlines and aggregating and interpreting data.

The profile provides exposure to diverse challenges facing the senior management.


Roles Responsibilities

• Assist coordinate the strategy planning exercise
• To monitor tasks delegated by CEO to ensure that the task is achieved to agreed deadlines
• Coordinating Cross Functional teams to ensure project deliverables
• External Internal interface on behalf of CEO
• Helping in business presentations tie up with internal external stakeholders.
• Business data analysis
• Coordinate with HODs on business requirement/ MIS
• Preparing Agenda, Minutes and Documentation for meetings
• Organizing, planning, and coordinating support for meetings, conferences etc.
• Taking dictation, drafting letters/ mails and Administrative followup of matters
• Assist the CEO with inputs and data required for making strategic decisions

Requirements:

• Proficient in MS Office (esp. PowerPoint and Excel)
• A motivated selfstarter with strong interpersonal skills
• High on Integrity
• Excellent Written, Oral Communication Skills and Analytical skills.
• Should have good sense of time management, planning organizing, judgment and analysis
• Adaptability / comfort in coordination / interaction with internal and external customers

Salary:
₹30, ₹55,000.00 per month
