We are looking for a high-performing Travel Operations Manager & Associate to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.

• Prepare quotations for different services and understand inventory.
• Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending trip options.
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance before and after the trip; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
• Prepare internal company reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising information weekly and monthly
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed work on targets.

• Minimum 1+ Years of Travel Industry Experience.
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing.
• Strong business sense and industry expertise.
• Experience in customer relationship management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Dedication to providing great customer service.
