Duties and Responsibility:


  • Welcome visitors and members to the Gym
  • Answer phones and assist the front desk with various administrative tasks.
  • Maintain longterm clientele and grow the gym's membership base through sales, new member onboarding, and excellent customer service.
  • Responsible for promoting and selling memberships to potential new clients and selling renewals.
  • Generating new sales opportunities by approaching walkins, cold calling and networking
  • Contacting prospective customers who have sent enquiries, and converting them to members.
  • Conducting gym tours for prospective members and suggesting suitable membership options.
  • Preparing new membership documentation, explaining terms to customers and arranging payment methods.
  • Delivering consistent levels of new member sign ups to the gym.
  • Remain actively engaged with new and existing members to seek membership referrals.

Salary:
From ₹15,000.00 per month
