Job description:
- Preparing pricing strategies for current customers to enhance sales and increase profitability.
- Set and exceeding inside sales goals by establishing ambitious targets and motivating other sales
- Monitoring and amplifying sales pipeline to maintain the flow of potential leads andprospects
- Surpassing sales goals by 300% annually by implementing various sales tools (KONDESK CRM) and strategies.
- Increasing sales with the execution of the entire sales cycle, from initial lead processing through conversion and closing.
- Training new employees on customer service, money handling, and organizing strategies.
- Developing customer relationships and increasing overall sales by getting reviews &testimonials from the clients.
- Coordinating with other departments to improve postsales services
- Maintaining knowledge of evolving changes in the marketplace.
- Serving customers with knowledgeable, friendly support at every stage of shopping and purchasing.
- Identifying new opportunities through cold calling, networking, and prospective database lead
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
