Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis: Analyze financial data and performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and variance analysis.
Cost Management: Monitor and control costs, identify areas of potential cost reduction and implement costsaving initiatives while ensuring the maintenance of highquality standards.
Financial Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting principles, and company policies. Mitigate financial risks and maintain strong internal control environment.
Business Partnership: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support strategic initiatives and business projects.
Financial Strategy: Assess the financial impact of new business opportunities and assess their feasibility.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to enhance their skills and effectiveness.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. MBA or relevant professional certification is a plus.
Proven experience (typically 7+ years) in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting, preferably in a leadership role.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make strategic recommendations.
Indepth knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and accounting standards.
Proficient in financial modeling and using financial software and systems.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated leadership and people management abilities.
High level of integrity and commitment to upholding ethical standards.
