Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and passionate Brand Designer to join our team.

As a Brand Designer, you will play a vital role in shaping our brand identity and creating visually compelling assets that communicate our brand values and messaging.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and product development, to develop cohesive and impactful designs across various channels and touchpoints.

Responsibilities:


Brand Identity Development:

Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop and refine our brand identity, including the brand's visual elements, such as logo, typography, color palette, and brand guidelines.

Ensure consistency and alignment with the brand's personality, values, and target audience.

Design Creation:

Create visually appealing designs and assets that effectively communicate our brand's message across various mediums, such as print, digital, packaging, advertising, and social media.

This includes designing marketing collateral, promotional materials, website elements, product packaging, and other branded assets.

Visual Content Creation:
Develop compelling visual content, including illustrations, infographics, icons, and graphics, to enhance brand storytelling and engagement. Translate complex ideas into visually appealing and easily understandable designs.

Design Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and provide creative solutions that align with marketing objectives. Work closely with the marketing team to design and execute effective campaigns, product launches, and promotional materials.

Market Research and Trend Analysis:
Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, and competitor activities. Conduct market research and gather insights to inform design decisions and identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.


Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Brand Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including brand identity development, marketing collateral, digital assets, and visual content.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Strong conceptual and creative thinking abilities, with the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling designs.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field is preferred.
